The rendering on the left depicts four key areas that connect the Stevens Plantation Development.

1. The top section is the City of St. Cloud's Civic Center Complex complete with Courts, Pool, Ball Fields, etc. where the Parks and Recreation Department puts together many activities for all ages in the the community like Swimming, Little League, Basketball, Soccer, Tennis, Shuffleboard and more.

2. The second section is the unique Peghorn Park Nature Reserve. Complete with miles of nature trails, you can take a walk or jog through time to discover how mother nature originally made Central Florida along with the numerous flora and fauna you'll find along the way. Then prepare yourself for a visit to the historic Cracker Village. This old village reproduction boasts authentic buildings from Florida's past, as well as a wealth of information historians and buffs will appreciate. Peghorn Park has unique BMX and Skateboard facilities too and is also host to one of the largest national BMX competitions in the country.

3. The third section is the Corporate Campus @ Stevens Plantation. Here you can view tracts of various sizes and shapes (some still available) where Corporate America has taken a serious interest.
